Gail Tackett is a Canadian born stained glass artist who now lives in Texas with her husband and pets. Her art focuses on emulating nature, enabling everyone who purchases pieces to bring the outdoors into their homes year round.

One of the many things that make her artwork so unique is that she is primarily self-taught, has a keen eye for detail and strives every day to push herself to new heights.

From Tiffany Style (stained glass that is copper foiled on the edges then held together with solder) sun catchers and small panels, pet portraits, 3D succulents, flowers and even birds, to her mosaics and acrylic paintings incorporating leftover bits of stained glass and other recycled materials, there isn’t a challenge she doesn’t take on headfirst.

Gail currently divides her time between being an RN, her stained-glass art, pets, cooking, gardening and traveling with her husband (the bags under her eyes are designer and well earned!)
